BUYER RESOURCES

Good questions.
Better specifications.

Resolve the details that can otherwise get lost between a catalogue and an order.

Is a Queen label enough to choose a bag?

No. Provide the actual mattress width, length and depth, plus the required clearance. Confirm the bag’s usable dimensions and gusset convention. A size label alone does not establish fit.

How should I specify film thickness?

State the unit and whether the value is for a single layer or two layers together. Include the acceptable tolerance and measurement method. Do not compare a double-layer measurement directly with single-layer gauge.

Can I start with a product link or photo?

Yes. Include it in your enquiry and add any dimensions, material or packaging details you know. A photograph helps identify construction but does not establish thickness or performance.

What about MOQ, pricing and lead time?

These need to be confirmed for the exact specification, quantity and packaging. Share your target trial quantity and destination so those requirements can be reviewed together.
